Our Strengths
We have full documentation on A320, A330, 737NG, 737 Classic, 767, 777, 747, ATR 42, ATR 72, and thousands of component maintenance manuals. Our customers find we have unique capabilities to help them in not only identifying and providing the piece parts to repair their panels, but sharing the procedures on how to do it ultimately saving thousands of dollars in repair bills and down time.
If we run into a problem where the aircraft part is simply not good enough for use in a simulation environment, we can engineer a replacement part that is more durable than the OEM’s replacement.
Our repairs are only to correct the customer’s reported fault we do not re- certify the part as airworthy, therefore we do not waste customer dollars correcting every out-of-specification test on the unit.
If we take care of our customers, they take care of us. If there is a problem with one of our parts, we want to fix is as soon as possible. Long-term customer relationships are the foundation of our business.
